Position	Summer Trainees/ Management Trainees (STs/ MTs)
Functional Area	Marketing/Sales/BD
Details	Education: UG: Any PG: MBA/ PGDM- Any Specialisation. Management Trainees Required for 2 Months. MTs/STs are required to develop Business Through leads provided by the company.Need to develop Questionnnaires and conduct surveys. Zones/Areas will be divided and different teams of STs will conduct the desired. survey. Functions: Visiting prospective clients, providing quotations, field survey, Generating project revenue, Following up clients/leads. Understand client requirements and convert them into sales. STs /MTs can earn upto any amount based on the business developed by them. Certificate for the best performance will be given along with the incentive. The STs can earn max. upto 10% of the total sales done by the group as reward.NO fixed amount will be given. Selection Process: Resumes Collection- Shortlisting of CVs- one and final interview by the HR. Location: will be given as desired. Note:No need to visit office on daily basis. Weekly report need to be submitted
